elizabeth

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Flores, the Administrative Receptionist at Healing Waters Counseling. In my role, I work closely with our office manager to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors, bringing compassion, a warm smile, and a commitment to exceptional customer service to everything I do. From scheduling appointments to answering phone calls with empathy and understanding, I strive to ensure that every client feels heard and cared for. I also provide behind-the-scenes support to help our clinicians and management team stay organized and focused on what matters most—healing and connection. Outside of work, I’m a college student pursuing my bachelor’s degree, with plans to earn my master’s and become a licensed psychologist. I’m passionate about mental health and excited to one day support others in their healing journeys in a deeper way. When I’m not studying or working, you can usually find me enjoying some karaoke or relaxing with a crochet project in hand.
